[Case Study] Chemical Fiber Factory
Hydrogen sulfide generated above a certain concentration! An example of installing small corallines in each control panel.
A malfunction occurred in the electronic equipment attached to the production facilities at a certain chemical fiber factory, and we received a consultation regarding countermeasures. There was a smell of hydrogen sulfide in the area, and hydrogen sulfide was being generated at concentrations above a certain level. It was inferred that sulfuric acid, used in various processes at the factory, was the cause of the hydrogen sulfide generation. Since there were numerous sources of generation, it was judged that it would be difficult to implement countermeasures for all of them. Therefore, we shifted our approach to "protect only the electronic equipment directly related to production, regardless of where it is generated," and implemented a countermeasure by installing small "Coraline" devices in each control panel. The results have been favorable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
